Billing Forms - The completion and submission of these forms is essential to ensure your staff are paid in a timely manner. As Kids First is a fee for service company, we operate on a reimbursement basis. Having billing forms submitted bi-weekly ensures our services and staff run smoothly for you and your family.

Document of Understanding (DOU) - Our DOU provides an outline of our policies and procedures. Your review and agreement of our DOU is required prior to starting services with Kids First.
